life changing quotes on what, exactly, is the cause and how to prevent it, but I'll show you a few of the ways I find myself doing this sort of "trick" rather than getting in the way:

* Getting the word out

I've read a lot of books on using non-verbal communication to help get people to change their minds on things they are already concerned about. The results from this method aren't great though, because it usually means doing something I am not really interested in and finding a better approach.

Instead, I'm going to do it myself, using these simple tips above!

1) Write a couple of sentences about where you are with your thoughts and emotions.

You can think of this as saying "when I was a kid I did not listen to what your thoughts said about me, and when I turned my own back on the person I loved, and when I felt angry or sad for having grown up. I listened to what you said." These are some of the things I've talked to friends about about the last few months when they'd ask if the words I use and how I used them and have "changed" them.

2) Focus on things you want to accomplish, not "that thing that will have lasting consequences when you do it."

The problem with this is that I have to pick things up over time so that I really can be motivated to do things that truly change
